Self-custody & onchain
Your Manekora account uses a Privy embedded wallet. Ownership, trading balances and settlement are recorded on HyperEVM.
Your Privy embedded wallet
Signing in with your email creates a Privy embedded wallet for you inside Manekora. This embedded wallet holds your USDC and Maneki NFTs. Transactions are signed through your authenticated session, so you can use the app without separate wallet pop-ups.
Manekora’s backend does not store the private key of your Privy embedded wallet. Privy provides the login and signing infrastructure.

Where your funds live
USDC in your Privy embedded wallet
The USDC balance in your Privy embedded wallet is separate from the trading pool. You use this embedded wallet to send funds or mint a Maneki.
USDC in the trading pool
Minting moves USDC from your Privy embedded wallet into the House contract. After the mint fee, it creates Blood for your Maneki. This Blood is recorded in the contract; it is not USDC held in your embedded wallet.
Only the Maneki’s owner can request Convert or Depart. For a Maneki held in your Privy embedded wallet, the USDC payout returns to that same embedded wallet. The normal conversion limits and fees apply.

Deposits and withdrawals with Relay
Manekora uses Relay to bridge and swap funds for supported deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit into your Privy embedded wallet
Check the token, network and deposit address
Each token and network combination has its own Relay deposit address. Select the exact token and network you will send, then copy the address shown for that selection.
That Relay deposit address is not your Privy embedded wallet address. Do not reuse an address from another token or network.
For direct USDC deposits on HyperEVM, the app shows your Privy embedded wallet address instead. This route does not use Relay.
Choose Deposit, select the network and token you will send, and use the deposit address shown. You can send from another wallet or an exchange. Relay delivers the funds as USDC to your Privy embedded wallet on HyperEVM. Any portion allocated to HYPE for gas is shown in the deposit details.
A deposit adds funds to your embedded wallet. It does not mint a Maneki or create Blood.
Withdraw to another wallet or exchange
Choose Withdraw, select the destination network and token, enter the receiving address, and review the quote before confirming. Your Privy embedded wallet sends USDC to Relay, which delivers the selected token to that address.
Withdraw uses USDC already in your Privy embedded wallet. To take out Blood, convert it to USDC first.
USDC transfers within HyperEVM go directly between addresses and do not use Relay.
Fully onchain trading
Manekora’s trading contracts run on HyperEVM, Hyperliquid’s smart-contract environment. They record Maneki ownership, Blood, Energy, positions and trading results, and calculate fees, rewards and conversions.
The website and backend display this information and help you submit actions. Keepers send transactions to fill pending orders. The contracts check those transactions and update the onchain records.
Where prices come from
At execution, the House reads HyperCore’s mark price directly through HyperEVM. It also reads HyperCore’s oracle price to check new positions. The keeper submits the transaction; it does not supply the execution price.

What Manekora can control
The current House contracts have no admin function to withdraw the trading pool. Admins can collect protocol fees, which are accounted for separately.
